Love A Kid Club
Edgewood Children’s Ranch was founded to help at-risk children and families find hope. Your monthly support of our program allows us to succeed in this mission. By joining the “Love A Kid Club”, your support of $25 per month will help a child in Central Florida to have a second chance at a better future. This amount of support helps us to house, educate, and restore up to 50 kids’ lives per year in the Central Florida area. Your support in any amount will help us provide a loving environment where kids can learn to thrive and succeed in life and where families can find healing.
Get To Know Our Progam
Edgewood Children's Ranch is a 501(c)(3) organization offering behaviorally challenged children and their families a fresh start through a Christ-centered approach to education, behavioral training and spiritual development. Children ages 7-17 live and study on our picturesque campus regardless of race, religion, ethnic origin, or ability to pay. Students live in age- and gender- appropriate cottages with house parents who offer counsel and oversight. Our affiliated school features a low student-to-teacher ratio and individualized curriculum giving students an active and accountable role in their own advancement and success.
Our mission is to return children to their homes, school and society as emotionally healthy young people. We believe that a relationship with God through Jesus Christ is the foundation of a solid family unit and we teach children to rely on that relationship to make healthy choices throughout their lives.
TESTIMONIALS
Edgewood Ranch has had an impact on so many lives in Central Florida since it started in 1966. Read some of the stories of a few of our past Ranchers.

The Ranch was my home for 2 years as a child. Looking back I can see the impact that the Ranch had on my life. I am forever grateful that the Lord provided this temporary home to save me from my environment. I am blessed to have the opportunity to come back and serve at the Ranch and ensure its mission is fulfilled.Chad A. Barr

Before Edgewood Ranch, I was running with the wrong crowd, I had a 1.5 GPA in school and I got into a lot of fights. During my two years at the Ranch, I earned the Rancher of the Year award and I graduated from High School with a 3.5 GPA. I am now looking toward a bright future because of the staff that poured into my life. Maybe I will be the next Ranch Director.Anthony Jordan

Edgewood has been one of the biggest factors in the success of my life. Before the Ranch, I was getting ready to go into the Juvenile detention center. I was fighting with my family and I was on an extremely bad path. I'm blessed to have a beautiful family, a company I have run for 20+ years and I am now the new Ranch Director. The Ranch has helped make this possible.Bruce Jordan
