As a religious entity, this Ministry is legally permitted to make employment, board member, volunteer, and enrollment decisions based upon religious criteria, including doctrinal and lifestyle issues. It is ministry policy to utilize only staff and board members of like faith who subscribe without reservation to this Ministry’s statement of faith and code of conduct and who are living out these doctrines and standards in all areas of their lives, both at and away from ministry functions.
