Nondiscrimination Policy: Edgewood Children’s Ranch does not discriminate in its selection or treatment of board members, employees, volunteers, or campers on the basis of race, color, biological sex, national origin, disability, or other categories protected by applicable law, except in circumstances where the ministry is not legally required to recognize a particular characteristic or where a protected characteristic constitutes a bona fide occupational consistent with its religious beliefs or its residential qualifications. As a religious entity, this Ministry is legally permitted to make employment, board member, volunteer, and enrollment decisions based upon religious criteria, including doctrinal and lifestyle issues. It is ministry policy to utilize only staff and board members of like faith who subscribe without reservation to this Ministry’s statement of faith and code of conduct and who are living out these doctrines and standards in all areas of their lives, both at and away from ministry functions.
